Episode 4. (5:02 min) If you had a young 15-year-old athlete who was promising, what would be your priorities and best advice to help them.

Work on the discipline of the mind and discipline of the body.
(3.06 min) You are now going to teach a teenage athlete how to mentally rehearse. They have never learnt it in a structured way. What will you do? How would you teach them to do it [mentally rehearse]? What specifically would you teach them to do?

That’s my boy!! Good work Jaiden, so proud of you and the rugby you’re playing.
I have been here for skiing in March 2023. This place could be a wonderful place for skiing, if only they had...snow.

Nah man I'm good. As a Steadicam Operator, even this is too much pressure for me.😂🤣Mad respect for these guys.
Nor does, N Koreans -- I bet ski!
Morons-- that's N Korean! Basic altitudal information-- as well. Cannot have, such structures, for Alpine!
It doesn't look like that. How dare you make it all white when only the tracks have been covered with artificial snow.
How is it that this country that is the cause of the viral pandemic in the world is allowing to do the event with public? Tokyo made its Olympics without public because of China, so China should not have been allowed to receive people at the Olympics. Let's see how many athletes come back sick from there with another virus.
While watching this video I felt the warm hand of communism caressing the section of my brain that suppresses incoming propaganda.
★★★ China, which cracks down on human rights, is not eligible to host the Olympics ❢❢❢ ★★★ 😠😠😠
I like those fake animations showing (natural) snow. THERE IS NO REAL SNOW IN YANQING!

Wow wow just wow.
Boycott the CCP Olympics! Its a shame on the Humanity to give Olympics to CCP. Their genocide against the Tibetans, Xinjiang and the human rights violations in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Also for the animal abuse!
I really want to go to the 2022 Winter Games. I hope there are some English speaking guides that can help.
Sure.
Amazing
So, what a huge JOKE! How many times have we heard the CCP mouthpieces tell us they don’t bully any country! So could one of you China-Lovers (I’m one of them), please explain this: On Monday, a CCP spokesperson made this announcement to the world 🌎! “If any country boycotts the Winter Olympics in Beijing in 2022, they will suffer severe sanctions”......picture if you will the shoe on the other foot. Canada is hosting the Winter Olympics and for some political reason, China boycotts the Olympics. The Canadian reaction would be simple and straight forward! “Sorry you feel that way, we respect your decision, maybe next time eh!”
"One reaches the north zone - where is located ... "? " ... like a kite - overtopping the peak.." ? " ... with the mountain stone as the key element of the track ..."? " ... the evacuation, media compound, finish areas and other main function areas scatter in a necklace way ..."? " Platforms supported by prefabricated structures assemble among the valley reducing the reform of the mountain environment..."? " Bubsled, luge and skeleton are the fastest events of the Olympic games with a high level specialty. The track of NSC, Yanqing applies the top level track design which has superior interests, safety and expressiveness..."??? Can I have a job writing the English for this venue please? It was painful to listen to. Maybe it sounds better in Chinese. I worry about only 2 inches of snow though ... how much snow making equipment will they bring and they have the pump the water up 1000m.
But did you deeply experience the beauty of relic
As an athlete only one time makes match over here in Olympic winter game. No bias no politics, just friendly and fairly match.China No 1

Problem for these coming olympics; no British and no snow.
The previous Olympics also use artificial snow, and the IOC and the FIS has made it clear that they prefer artificial snow. Well of course your mass media will never tell you these facts as all news stories you get from them are careful -selected- (filtered) with love for -quality- (you-know-what) propose. 😂

@@alpha_berchermuesli59752 weeks event? You surely one of the short-sighted human beings who can never ever understand long term strategy. Do you know how many winter's sports event has been held each year across the globe? Do you have any idea how much money has been produced from France and Switzerland ski resort? Your Swiss password still need a visa for entering to 30 countries, "any country I want with ease"? "Entire web without intervention" no wonder so many of them be brainwashed by Jihadist.
@@zhongchen3240 people check my passport. People check my ID. People pat me down. But knowing I am Swiss, I do get better treatment than many. Just like you are using hostile language against Muslims, people connect Switzerland with good things. They see my passport and let things slide while the Muslim gets to spend a night in Airport jail until they finished checking their Visa. The Beijing Olympics will be a 2-week celebration during which China can present their culture from the best side while anybody protesting will land in Jail. In 2008, the Beijing Gov planted RFID tags in tickets to track Game-goers additional to facial recognition software implanted in 300'000+ surveillance cameras. The Beijing Game organizers educated/recruited over 600'000 persons to report suspicious foreign visitors and locals. Government created an office specifically to warn people from things (other countries would not punish) the law considers unlawful acts, like spitting, littering, calling opponents names. They had a command center to coordinate security, international forces and national army, navy and air force and municipal police (Boykoff J. 2016, Power Games, p.169). This is a sport event, mind you. Protesting is part of free speech. It is, in free countries, considered the most important right. The US constitution calls it the First Amendment. In Switzerland, it is one of the first 10 rights. UN considers the Freedom of Expression a fundamental human right. The IOC demands from the Games organizers to allow protesting but not anywhere near the cameras. There are designated zones in which protesting is allowed - which is already not right But Beijing, for 2008, took it to another level. To enter these zones, activists had to file for a permit by the Public Security Bureau. Including personal info. The inquiry could be rejected for whatever- basically whenever they felt it would "harm national, social and collective interests or public order." Needless to say that many applicants landed in jail and "Two elderly women - aged seventy-seven and seventy-nine - who requested prootest permits were instead handed one-year sentences of re-education through labour" (Boykoff, p. 170). The 'protest zones' remained empty, btw. All rainbows and sunshine.
@@alpha_berchermuesli5975 Am I against Muslims? You don't even know how many Muslim friends I have! I am against extremism, against NED and the CIA backed organizations which create hates, dividing and bring chaos to countries! How could people protest were there are death threats and bombing everywhere and every day, look at Syria, look at Iraq! Why China has such tight security measures put in place? You still don't know why? Deep in your mind, China is the one to blame for everything, I'm not wasting my time here to explain. Good luck with your No.1 life.
